Hear tips for women living with bleeding disorders. Description of the signs/symptoms of VWD; discussion of mild hemophilia in women who are “symptomatic carriers;” Identification of the possible treatment options available for women with VWD and mild hemophilia. (Although this session is aimed at men, anyone is welcome.) Calling all men! Join us for an evening all for you. Hear an overview of coping with chronic illness, communicating with the health care team and others regarding hemophilia, financial considerations of health care through life stages, and the importance of staying physically active with appropriate activities.
